On this edition of 'And This One's Introduced By...' we're in for a musical treat to experience the magic spell of Asteriod Ekosystem with their self-titled album.

The album is a combination of The Alister Spence Trio and punk legend electric guitarist, Ed Kuepper co-founder of the legendary proto-punk group The Saints, and founder of The Laughing Clowns.

Over 20 years, the Alister Spence Trio have built a distinctive world of sound based around Alister’s compositions, establishing a strong national and international reputation, with performances including the Tokyo International Jazz Festival, Montreal and Vancouver International Jazz festivals, and Vivid Festival Sydney curated by Brian Eno in 2009. Mostly improvisational Asteroid Ekosystem promises to take us on a cosmic musical journey if you're willing to join in and go with the flow.
