Indigenous Peoples’ & Just Transition here II The rush for transitioning to low-emissions economy is now a new threat to Indigenous peoples worldwide. Exercising their right to Self-determination, Indigenous representatives from the seven socio-cultural regions convened the Indigenous Summit on Just Transition in Geneva in October 2024 to discuss our perspectives, knowledge, and lived experiences related to just transition. We hear from Galina Angarova, who was part of a Cultural Survival webinaire which discusses Indigenous Peoples principles and protocols for just traniition.
