This is the second of a two-part conversation with certified organic and biodynamic farmers Robin Koster-Carlyon and Peter Carlyon from Transition Farm in Fingal.  The land once supplied boxes of organic fruit and vegetables to the local community but is now being cultivated to produce high quality non-GMO seeds for other farmers.
