This week's Doin Time features an extended interview with Josephine Langbien, Associate Legal Director from the Human rights Law Centre, regarding brutal new anti-migrant laws rushed through Parliament last year.   

Next is an extended interview with Sohini Mehta, Senior Lawyer from the Human Rights Law Centre. She works on First Nations Justice, and we hear from her about The Allan Government's  proposal  to revivive the worst of dangerous and discriminatory bail laws which will harm Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and generations of Victorian children by keeping people needlessly locked away in pre-trial detention.
