Good news for ordinary folks gets less press. But it certainly exists as demonstrated by the global student led climate strikes. Women are at the forefront in fights against police brutality. There’s been huge teachers strikes in Africa, the Americas and Europe and in Latin America, 2018 was described as “the year of feminist uprising.”
The Freedom Socialist Party is hold a convention in mid-October to discuss the period, assess its work and adopt plans.
