Saturday, 13 April 2019 - 10:00am to 10:30am
Trade unionist and President of Moruroa eTatou Roland Oldham with Moruroa workers.

On this show we look at the legacy of atomic testing and pay tribute to Polynesian trade unionist Roland Oldham who passed away last month.  Roland was the President of Moruroa eTatou, a trade unionist, anti-nuclear campaigner, guitarist with the band Atomic Blues, and a true Pacific warrior.  Like other staunch campaigners of his generation, they have left a strong legacy that the younger generation continue to build on.  Featuring and interview by Jan Bartlett from Tuesday Hometime with Nic Maclellan, journalist and long time campaigner with Nuclear Free and Independent Pacific.
