Today’s show features audio from a panel discussion marking the International Day for the Total Elimination of Nuclear Weapons, which was on September 26th. The online panel was organised by Reverse the Trend Pacific, which is a chapter of Reverse the Trend, save our people, save the planet.

We’ll hear from the facilitators, Jeshua Hope and Christian Ciobanu, both organisers with Reverse the Trend who introduce the panel and speakers- Dimity Hawkins of ICAN Australian, Vaela Sulfite- who’s family has suffered the intergenerational effects of nuclear testing in the pacific and Mere Tuilau, a young organiser, with yPacific.
