Val and Faith kick off this week's show with studio guests Emma Grella of Fondo Cycling and Mark Drehlich from Cycling Victoria. We start by sharing our bicycle moments before moving onto local cycling news, including the track National Championships in Adelaide and the 2016 Jayco Herald Sun Tour, as well as an update on proposed cycling laws in NSW.

Mark and Emma tell us all about The Women's Ride, now in its second year and plans to make this bigger and better and we discuss the growth in riding by Melbourne women in general.
